Introducing the 2023 Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer
After nearly 30-years, the Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer will be back at Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Staten Island. This time, the seven to eight-passenger SUVs will top the Jeep lineup as the ultimate in American luxury. Both models are nearly identical with the Grand Wagoneer owing its higher price tag to its all-around more premium luxury features and upgraded engine options. Both Jeep brand luxury SUVs offer a continuing legacy that redefines American luxury and introduces a 4x4 SUV that is both capable and stylish to NYC drivers.
American Premium Style
The Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer are impressive SUVs. From the outside, they look almost identical, although the Grand Wagoneer sports classier exterior details due to the extra chrome trim and intricate grill. It also has more wheel options up to 22-inches. Both models will have three available trim levels to choose from: Series I, Series II, and Series III. The Grand Wagoneer will also have a fourth trim level: Obsidian. It will have four-wheel drive, 6.4-liter V-8 engine, and black accents, wheels, and Onyx interior. These SUVs will not just be luxury vehicles. Jeep brand designed them with the outdoors in mind, just like the rest of their 4x4-capable lineup. Not only will you be able to share an elevated sense of style with your loved ones, but you will also have more than enough capability to embark on the most rugged adventures from Jersey City to Woodbridge.
Power and Performance
The Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer will both V-8 engines that can tow an incredible 10,000-pounds. The Wagoneer will come loaded with a 5.7-liter V-8 that produces 392-horsepower and 404-pound-feet of torque. The Grand Wagoneer will come with the more powerful V-8, a 6.4-liter generating 471-horsepower, and 455-pound-feet of torque. Rear-wheel drive will come standard on the Wagoneer, while the Grand Wagoneer will sport a four-wheel-drive and the QuadraLift suspension. This will allow the Grand Wagoneer to lift and lower as needed and offer a smoother ride.
Luxury Interior
While both models will offer premium luxury features, the Grand Wagoneer will have a noticeably more lush interior, higher quality leather, and glossy American walnut trim. It will also have seven different screens that make up the center infotainment, passenger screen, two rear entertainment screens, and climate control screens in the first and second rows to adjust the temperature and seats. The Grand Wagoneer will also feature ambient LED lighting, which will greet you with a little show on startup.
State-of-the-Art Safety and Technology
You can expect the latest and best technology in the new Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer. Intuitive touchscreens in the first and second rows will take care of all your comfort and entertainment needs. With over 120 standard and available safety and security features, you'll be armed with all the tools to keep you and your loved ones safe. Some enhanced available features include Active Driving Assist, Night Vision Camera with Pedestrian and Animal Detection, Active Lane Assist, Vehicle Safe Touch Pad Activation, and Intersection Collision Assist.
